Combinatorial algorithms in general and graph particular play a critical enabling role numerous scientific applications. However, the irregular memory access nature of these makes them one hardest algorithmic kernels to implement on parallel systems. With tens billions hardware threads deep hierarchies, exascale computing systems pose extreme challenges scaling algorithms. The codesign center combinatorial algorithms, ExaGraph, was established design develop methods techniques for efficient implementation key (graph) chosen from diverse set Algebraic have complementary advancement computational science engineering, including playing an each other. In this paper, we survey software development activities performed under auspices ExaGraph both algebraic perspective. particular, detail our recent efforts porting manycore accelerator (GPU) architectures.
